Great Plains

It's hard to believe, but I've been doing Great Plains development for almost 8 years now. One of my core specialities has always been the CRM and Financial Management modules.

Here are some useful SQL Server views I've created for working w/ the Great Plains database.

View Name	Intended Purpose
GP_AP_Combined	Combine historical, staging, and current payables into one set.
GP_AR_Combined	Combine historical and current receivables into one set.
GP_AR_Combined_With_ShipTo	Combine historical and current receivables into one set with SHIP TO addresses. Highly useful for reporting.
GP_AR_AP_Combined	All payables and all receivables in a single searchable set.
GP_AR_Combined_With_BatchNumber	Combines historical and current receivables into a single set with the Batch #. Great for running routines after an integration.
GP_Open_Invoices	All open invoices in receivables.
GP_Invoices_Historical	All historical invoices.
GP_Invoices_Historical_By_Batch	All historical invoices, with the Batch #
